1. Focus on standing with a good shoulder width base.
2. While keeping your base, jump with both feet to the left and then to the right over a line or hurdle, in a steady slow, mid, or fast pace.
3. Your goal is to go the equal distance of the line or to clear the hurdle without touching it.
Focus on keeping a controlled and soft landing, taking the pressure off your knees. Keep a slight tiled bend in your back, controlling your breathing. Please remember to control your jumps as you will notice a steady increase in your speed over time.
